Terms of Use
These terms are between you and Brandon Harris ("we"), who makes queuePop. By installing or using queuePop you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't install or use it.
What queuePop is
queuePop is a free desktop companion for League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics and Deadlock: queue alerts, champ select help, stats, a game recorder and a phone companion. It is distributed through Overwolf, and Overwolf's terms also apply to the Overwolf platform it runs on.
Your use
- Use queuePop only for your own play and in line with the rules of each game, including Riot Games' Terms of Service and Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement. You are responsible for how you use its features, including champ select help.
- Don't reverse engineer queuePop to get around its ads, misuse our stats service (for example by scraping it or overloading it), or use queuePop to break the law.
- You can record your own games. Recordings stay on your PC unless you publish a clip.
Publishing clips
When you publish a clip, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host it, show it on queuePop's champion pages and site, and make a smaller web copy of it, until you unpublish it. You must have the right to share what's in the clip. Other players' names can appear on screen, so only publish what you're comfortable sharing. We may take down any clip.
Ads and supporters
The free version shows one ad, served by Overwolf. A paid supporter option, where offered, removes it; its price and terms are shown before you buy.
Game data and trademarks
queuePop isn't endorsed by Riot Games or Valve and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games, Valve, or anyone officially involved in producing or managing their games. League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Deadlock and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Game data and art belong to their owners.
No warranty
queuePop is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Stats are estimates from sampled matches and can be wrong or out of date. Features can stop working when a game or its client changes, and we can't promise any feature will keep working.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens to your game accounts from your use of queuePop, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for queuePop in the last 12 months (or US$10 if you paid nothing).
Ending
You can stop using queuePop and uninstall it at any time. We can stop offering queuePop or any part of it, or end your access if you break these terms.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Questions: support@queuepop.app.
